Shuttle Service for Evening Events
The hotel shuttle route (servicing the hotels noted above) will operate for the following evening events. *Hilton Garden Inn – attendees will need to use the free Streetcar.
| Tuesday, 11/12 | 6 – 10 PM | Youth Evening Event (Florida Aquarium): For all hotels that do not have a shuttle route listed above, shuttles will run from the Convention Center to the Aquarium from 6-10 PM. The free Streetcar is also available. |
| Thursday, 11/14 | 6 – 10 PM | LGBTQ+ LO Dinner: Charter bus will leave from the Tampa Convention Center at 6:30 PM. Please show up at the bus circle in front of the convention center stairs in time for the bus to leave as it will not loop. It will bring guests back to the convention center when the dinner ends at 9pm. NBC-LEO Night Out: buses will pick up from the Marriott Water Street. First bus will arrive at 7:30 and leave at 7:45pm. Buses will loop throughout the evening and the last bus will leave from 7th and Grove at 11pm. |

Airport Transport Tips
National League of Cities does not provide an airport shuttle for conference guests. A variety of ground transportation options makes it easy to access surrounding areas from Tampa International Airport.
Ride Share: Guests departing the Airport using Lyft, Uber or Wridz can be picked up at Red Baggage Claim, the Blue Express Curbside, or the SkyCenter One office building remote curbside.
Taxi: Taxi service by Yellow Cab is available at the curbside outside the Baggage Claim Level at the Ground Transportation Areas, Red 1 and Blue 2. If you’re traveling by taxi to downtown Tampa or the cruise port, there is a maximum flat-rate fee of $35 to either destination.
Limos (Domestic Terminal): Once you have made a reservation, your driver will in the baggage claims level of the airport. The pickup process should be explained and driver pick up location confirmed when you call to make the reservation.
