Executive Education

Group Registrations

With so many sessions, seminars, meetings, networking events and other opportunities, it is nearly impossible to take in all the conference has to offer just on your own. Consider attending with a group from your city to cover all areas and get the best return on your conference experience for your city. 

Groups of five or more will receive a complimentary sixth registration, provided the registrations are paid in full.  To receive the group incentive, all individuals must register at the same time. After Group Registration is completed, each team member will receive a confirmation. 

The group incentive does not apply to Youth Delegate or Youth Chaperone registration.

Press Registrations

Members of the media with proper credentials must register for the conference (complimentary) at the Media Registration Desk in the Conference Registration area. Most conference activities are open to the media, but some sessions will be private or closed to the media. Please contact media@nlc.org for additional support.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy (Paid Delegates and Youth/Youth Chaperone)

All requests for cancelation must be received in writing to nlccs@maritz.com, by November 1, 2021. You will be given the option of transferring your money to the 2022 Congressional City Conference scheduled for March 13-16, 2022 in Washington, DC or receive a full refund. No partial refunds will be made if you decide not to attend particular functions. No registrations nor cancellations will be accepted by telephone. No cancellations will be accepted after November 1, 2021. Substitutions are permitted and can be made at any time.

Group Cancellation Policy

All changes and cancellation requests must be made in writing to NLCCS@maritz.com. Substitutions are welcome.

Cancellation Policy for Spouse/Guest Registrants

All spouse/guest registrations will automatically be refunded as there will not be a virtual spouse/guest program. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this refund to be processed.
