Special Attendee Conference Rates

You may be able to attend the City Summit if you are considered a special attendee. Browse the special rates below and click to register if you qualify.

With so many sessions, seminars, meetings, networking events and other opportunities, it is nearly impossible to take in all the conference has to offer just on your own. Consider attending with a group from your municipality to cover all areas and get the best return on your conference experience for your team and community.

Groups of five or more will receive a complimentary sixth registration (a value of up to $1,330!), provided the registrations are paid in full.  To receive the group incentive, all individuals must register at the same time. After Group Registration is completed, each team member will receive a confirmation.

Members of the media with proper credentials must register for the conference (complimentary) at the Media Registration Desk in the Conference Registration area. Most conference activities are open to the media, but some sessions will be private or closed to the media. Please contact media@nlc.org for additional support.

All requests must be sent in writing to nlccs@maritz.com by October 21, 2024, and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No partial refunds will be made if you decide not to attend functions. No registrations nor cancellations will be accepted by phone. No cancellations will be accepted after October 21, 2024. Substitutions are permitted and can be made at any time.

All changes and cancellation requests must be made in writing to nlccs@maritz.com. Substitutions are welcome.

All Spouse/Guest registrations are refundable; requests must be made in writing to nlccs@maritz.com. Substitutions are welcome.
