Biography

Mr. Pishkur has 33 years of Executive Management experience. He has held CEO positions in both public and private organizations ranging from a large multi-disciplinary hospital system to both municipal and investor-owned water utilities. Pishkur is a cum laude graduate of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and following graduation was inducted into the prestigious Pacesetters organization recognizing his outstanding academic and leadership achievements. He then completed his Executive MBA degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois. He is completing his first book on organizational leadership and innovation in the public utility sector. The book should be available to the general public in November of 2019. As a registered lobbyist from 1995-2007 he successfully lobbied and testified on two bills which, to date, are creating value for Ohio residents by facilitating cost effective infrastructure replacements and consolidation of troubled utility systems. Multiple other states have passed similar legislation based on the benefits created by those bills. Mr. Pishkur has received many community and professional honors for his leadership roles on key Boards of Directors. He is a frequent presenter at national and state conferences and still actively promoting game changing technology to better serve the public which was implemented during his tenure with the City of Arlington, Texas.

Mr. Pishkur was a registered collegiate and high school basketball official for over 40 years. In his spare time he enjoys golf, sports, and travelling with his wife of 46 years.
