Sheryl Gross-Glaser is the Assistant Director of the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA), where she writes and provides technical assistance relating to mobility management, coordination, mode innovations, technology, and services for transportation-challenged populations. She provides technical assistance to MPOs, transit systems, medical facilities, human services agencies, and others to expand transportation options and to improve public engagement. Ms. Gross-Glaser is the founder of a mobility management network that, under her leadership, has grown to over 1400 members.
