Biography

Rose joined Cities of Service in 2017. In her role as a Program Manager, she provides technical assistance and consultancy to grantee cities across the country to help them design and implement an impact volunteering initiative in their city.

Prior to joining the Cities of Service team, Rose served as Program Associate at the Overdeck Family Foundation, a foundation focused on education initiatives nationally. In that role, she worked closely with partner organizations to help shape and develop projects within the Early Impact and Inspired Minds portfolios. Previously, Rose worked in the Education Program at the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust, where she managed the NYC Portfolio and helped support other grant initiatives within the K-12 and Higher Education portfolios.
Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the City College of New York and received her master’s degree in public administration from Baruch College in 2018. Rose is a New York native currently living in the Bronx.
