Biography

As Partnership Director for the Gulf Region, Ms. Towns represents SCA as senior staff member of the Gulf Region and key partner liaison for SCA regional partnerships. Marsha has served with SCA for thirty years in several positions, including National Director for the Conservation Internship Program, SCA’s largest conservation service program, and Director of SCA’s Member Services. Ms. Towns served as an adjunct instructor for the Community High School of Vermont (Vermont’s high school for adjudicated youth) and an Advisory board member of the same. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, Massachusetts, and her Masters of Education degree in Secondary Education from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire.
