Ms. Laura Naramore is an expert in business development and growth strategy for applied technology and professional services. She specializes in startups, market development and performance turnaround, with global experience in China, Europe & the Americas.
On behalf of MITRE, Laura develops or evaluates science and technology investments and projects in collaboration with academia, industry and government. She creates technically sound and programmatically feasible opportunities to advance community resilience, citizen well-being and national security interests. She is a strategic investment advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining MITRE, Laura held senior positions in private equity and industry for business development, mergers & acquisitions and market strategy.
Laura is an alumna of Columbia University (AB), Yale University (MFA), and George Washington University (MSc), and has earned certificates from strategy programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Chicago Booth School of Business. She has received MITRE’s Directors Award for Outstanding Contributions, Officers Award for Technical Leadership and Engineering Excellence, and Officers Award for Transformational Solutions that Drive Mission Success.
