Jill Holland

McKenzie, Tennessee

Mayor Jill Holland supervises all administrative and business affairs of the city including, but not limited to: finances, budgets, records, grants, economic development, public works, parks, and public safety. As a Councilwoman, from 2004-2010, she served as Council Liaison for Parks and Recreation. In this role, she worked with parks and recreation director to create the annual budget, created five-year plan for parks and recreation and spearheaded revival of  July 4th Freedom Festival. She also reorganized and directed the “Re-Imagine McKenzie” movement to revitalize the city and wrote the grant and was awarded status as a Tennessee Downtown.
