Biography

Greg Jacobs is the co-director of No Small Matter, a feature-length documentary film about the power and potential impact of high quality early care and education. The co-founder of Chicago-based Siskel/Jacobs Productions, Greg was the Executive Producer of the groundbreaking History Channel documentary 102 Minutes That Changed America, which won three Primetime Emmys, as well as the Emmy-winning Witness: Katrina for the National Geographic Channel. Greg also co-directed the acclaimed documentary feature Louder Than a Bomb, which received a perfect rating on RottenTomatoes.com and premiered on the Oprah Winfrey Network. A graduate of Yale University, he is the author of Getting Around Brown: Desegregation, Development, and the Columbus Public Schools. A 2016-2017 New America Fellow, Greg currently lives in Chicago with his wife and two daughters.
