Deb Perry

Deb Perry is a Program Director for the Institute for Sustainable Communities. Her work focuses on helping U.S. cities to accelerate their transition to clean energy through technical assistance, training and other capacity building services. She currently leads the U.S. Department of Energy-funded Solar Market Pathways program, an initiative to identify and disseminate best practices in solar energy deployment in the United States. Prior to joining ISC in 2011, Deb was a Regional Planner for the Northwest Regional Planning Commission in Vermont. She has a BA from Colgate University, an MA in Natural Resource Planning from the University of Vermont and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She is based in Boston, MA.
