Director of Leadership and Learning
Corita Brown, Ph.D. is the Leadership and Learning Director for the Gen2Gen Campaign, a 5 year national campaign to engage 1 million adults age 50+ to help children and youth thrive. The campaign in powered by Encore.org, an innovation hub tapping the talents of people 50+ as a force for social good. A national expert in intergenerational approaches to community change, Dr. Brown has worked across the country to build the capacity of diverse teams in the nonprofit, philanthropic and public sectors. Her capacity building efforts support the development of multigenerational leadership, strengthening of cross-sector collaborations and design of policies, practices and programs to support intergenerational engagement. She holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and PhD in Urban Studies from Temple University.
