Collin Czilli was first elected to the Portage City Council in 2015. Elected at 21, Collin became Portage’s youngest Councilmember in its history. Currently, he chairs the Council’s Strategic Planning Committee. In addition, he chairs the Utility Services Board’s Bond Project Committee. That committee currently oversees $10 million worth of infrastructure projects in the City. In addition to his role on the City Council, he works for a philanthropic consulting firm, based in the firm’s Chicago office.
