Synopsis

The City of Cleveland is one of six cities selected to be part of the NLC’s Cities Supporting a Strong Prenatal to Age 3 Initiative a project generously funded by the Pritzker Children’s Initiative National Collaborative for Infants and Toddlers (NCIT)—an NLC technical assistance project to strengthen the capacity of city leaders to improve outcomes for children, prenatal to age three. The City of Cleveland will showcase their community-based strategies to support infants, toddlers, and their families through the creation of the FamilySpace model to improve the overall health and well-being of infants and toddlers.
