What’s included with your conference registration fee?

The general registration fees for member and non-member delegates include a badge, admittance to all general sessions, conference workshops and Mobile Workshops (excluding NLC University Seminars), the Exposition Hall, access to hotel shuttles, the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception, lunch in the Exposition Hall on Thursday and Friday, the Delegates Luncheon on Saturday and the Closing Event on Saturday evening.

*Please note that while Mobile Workshops are included in your registration fee, they do require a separate registration to guarantee your spot as space is limited. You may add mobile workshops to your registration through the online registration site.

YOUTH DELEGATE REGISTRATION:

NLC has a special youth delegate category for young people in high school.The $160 youth delegate fee includes a conference bag, badge, admittance to all general sessions and workshops (excluding NLC University Seminars and Mobile Workshops), special youth delegate sessions, the Exposition Hall, access to the hotel shuttles, the Wednesday afternoon Welcome Reception, the Delegates Luncheon on Saturday, and the Closing Event on Saturday evening.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION:

The $150 spouse/guest fee is non-refundable. The fee covers a badge, admittance to all general sessions, conference workshops (excluding NLC University Seminars and Mobile Workshops), the Exposition Hall, access to hotel shuttles, the Wednesday afternoon Welcome Reception, lunch in the Exposition Hall on Thursday and Friday, the Delegates Luncheon on Saturday, and the Closing Event on Saturday evening. There are separate fees for the spouse/guest tours within the city and surrounding areas. A limited number of tickets for several of the scheduled tours may be available for purchase at the Spouse/Guest Tour Desk in the Registration area.

PRESS REGISTRATION:

Members of the media with proper credentials must register for the conference (complimentary) at the Media Registration Desk in the Conference Registration area. Most conference activities are open to the media, but some sessions will be private or closed to the media. Members of the media must wear their credentials at all times.
