The Congress of Cities will be held at the Nashville Music City Center, a LEED Gold certified building located in the heart of downtown Nashville. The Convention Center is about 8 miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA), which offers direct flights to more than 50 U.S. airports and connecting flights throughout the country.

Due to the anticipated traffic increase for the Country Music Awards being held in Nashville on Wednesday, November 4th, we recommend that attendees plan to arrive in Nashville on Tuesday, November 3rd.

The National League of Cities has worked diligently with the hotels in Nashville, TN to establish room blocks for attendees and exhibitors. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Experient is not approved by the National League of Cities. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
